Aaron Lucan, partner of Worrells Solvency and Forensic Accountants, was appointed trustee of the bankrupt estate of Dolores Lavin on 19 February 2015.
Ms Lavin was made bankrupt by debtor’s petition.
The administration is in the preliminary stages. Securing assets and conducting investigations is a priority, as with any insolvency appointment. This bankrupt estate has a history of complex litigation and dealings with assets. Worrells invite any party to contact the Worrells’ Sydney office with any information, or documentation that may assist.
Creditors have been notified of the appointment of trustee and a report to creditors will be issued in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, creditors are requested to lodge a proof of debt by completing the required form and submitting it to Worrells’ Sydney office, or by lodging securely online at www.worrells.net.au.
