Many strategies and tools exist to protect assets. As insolvency practitioners, we give our insight on how to give your clients asset protection strategies and why they should follow them, despite the expense. In this breakfast seminar, we will discuss:

  • sole trader debt vs company debt
  • how trusts come into the equation
  • how the home can be protected.

Our partners will also discuss what to consider and which personal insolvency administrations can assist clients who don’t follow your advice.
