Worrells Solvency & Forensic Accountants has announced the opening of the Worrells Logan office.

The office will be headed up by partner, Chris Cook alongside Hanzel Hizola at M1 Business Centre at Suite 2, 3972 Pacific Highway Loganholme. The office opens on 1 August 2018.

Mr Cook said, “Establishing an office in Logan will give the local professional advisors and their clients prompt and accessible insolvency solutions in both personal and corporate matters. As a local resident and previous student at Beenleigh State High School, Mr Hizola said, “I’m passionate about giving back to the community I know and love”.

Worrells consider that Logan City is an important economic hub with its population contributing 6.4 percent of Queensland’s total. And that the Logan population is predicted to increase over the next 15-20 years by 63 percent. Given Logan’s diverse economy and strategies to support population growth with job creation, Worrells experience has shown them that the professional services community would benefit from having qualified insolvency practitioners’ insights and experience to help them guide their clients through all phases of business cycles.

Mr Cook, said, “We consider that the city of Logan is an important business district. With Worrells’ connections in the area in combination to neighbouring Worrells offices in Brisbane, Ipswich, and at the Gold Coast, it makes the new premises in Logan a perfect fit to meet our commitment of being focused locally, resourced nationally.”

Worrells gives advice on a complimentary and confidential basis, and with respect and openness as the cornerstone of all that they do. Worrells has 26 offices nationally and 28 partners, across Qld, NSW, ACT, Vic, SA, and WA. Worrells has been providing solvency management, insolvency administration, and forensic investigation services for 45 years.
