Staff Levels

Partner

Registered Liquidator and/or Registered Trustee, either appointed and/or has conduct of the file, bringing their specialist skills to the administration.

Associate Partner

Associate Partners will generally have minimum of 10 years’ insolvency experience, extensive and high-level technical knowledge and capable of controlling all types and aspects of administration. May be a Registered Liquidator and/or Registered Trustee.

Senior Manager

Senior Managers will generally have minimum of 8 years’ insolvency experience, broad technical knowledge and controlling all but highly complex files, reporting directly to Associate Partner/Partner. 

Manager

Managers will generally have minimum of 6 years’ insolvency experience, well-developed technical knowledge and capable of managing most files. Undertaking or completed ARITA education course, completed CA ANZ/CPA (or equivalent). Controls and trains production team of two to four staff.

Assistant Manager

Assistant Managers will generally have minimum of 5 years’ insolvency experience, developed technical knowledge and assists in managing all basic files. Undertaking or completed ARITA education course, completed CA ANZ/CPA (or equivalent). Manages and trains production team of two to three staff.

Supervisor

Supervisors will generally have minimum of 4 years’ insolvency experience, undertaking or completed CA ANZ/CPA (or equivalent), and may have commenced ARITA education course. Supervises one or two staff.

Senior File Accountant

Senior File Accountants are graduates, generally with two to four years’ insolvency experience, undertaking CA ANZ/CPA (or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate a very sound knowledge and application of general insolvency principles. They may also be partially responsible for the training of graduate file accountants.

File Accountant

File Accountants are graduates with limited experience in insolvency. They may have commenced their CA ANZ/CPA (or equivalent) studies. Supervised by more senior staff.

Graduate

Graduates or undergraduates with little to no experience in insolvency. They may be working part time completing their studies. Supervised by more senior staff.

Financial Assistant

Financial Assistants are undergraduates and/or non-qualified staff who may have bookkeeping experience who undertake limited clerical and procedural tasks on insolvency files where required.

Support

Support Staff are non-professionals who undertake the clerical tasks on the file as required.

Consultant

Consultants can be professionals or non-professionals with varying level of business experience depending on the nature of the consulting work being provided.

Accounts

Accounts are staff who undertake limited tasks in processing receipts and payments and conducting reconciliations on insolvency files where required.

Marketing

Marketing are staff who may have marketing qualifications and varying levels of experience who provide assistance on marketing and public relation requirements on insolvency files where required.

Information Technology

Information Technology are staff who may have Information Technology qualifications and varying levels of experience who provide assistance on technical Information Technology requirements on insolvency files where required.
