SYDNEY: The Cuppa Edge meeting was adjourned to allow the Voluntary Administrator to complete negotiations with a potential purchaser of the business and settle a proposal for Deed of Company Arrangement with the existing director.

Worrells senior manager Alex Siu has stated that “we are hopeful that a Deed of Company Arrangement involving the sale of business will result in the Café reopening in the near future and a return to creditors” Once finalised the meeting of creditors will be reconvened for creditors to consider approving the Proposal.
