Preserving the Corporate Veil

In many ways the corporate veil is like a wedding veil – it doesn’t hide much, it is flimsy and it is easily damaged. This presentation will:
> Discuss the various ways that directors and shareholders can be personally liable for company debts.
> Provide useful ways to help clients preserve the corporate veil.
