Worrells Solvency & Forensic Accountants has announced the opening of the Worrells Rockhampton office. Their insolvency practice will be the only permanent office in the Rockhampton region.
The office will be headed up by partner, Paul Nogueira, who currently also manages Worrells Sunshine Coast and Morgan Lane a Worrells Brisbane partner, will be available at 34 East Street, Rockhampton.
“The establishment of premises in Rockhampton will give prompt and accessible insolvency solutions that meet our client’s needs. Both Morgan and I are committed to servicing the unique and significant economic contribution to Central Queensland community.” said Mr Nogueira.
The new office means clients will benefit from having a full-time senior manager, and the Worrells partners interchanging to give their time and insights to professional colleagues in the region and to provide convenient access to clients.
Mr Lane, said, “We consider that the region holds unique qualities and whilst has shown consistent economic growth, it has its own issues. With Worrells’ ties to the community, having a firm presence meant this move is a perfect fit to meet our commitment of being focused locally, resourced nationally.”
Central Queensland is a business hub that services industries well outside the geographical boundaries making accessible advice and support indispensible. Worrells gives advice on a complimentary and confidential basis, and with respect and openness as the cornerstone of all that they do.
The office opens effective from 4 May 2015.
Worrells is a major contender in the solvency and financial investigation market, ranking at 32, within the 2013 BRW Top 100 Accounting Firms list. However, it prides itself in having local offices to respond to local issues. Worrells local offices provide a personalised and transparent service, and with 22 partners and over 100 staff across Qld, NSW, ACT, Vic and SA, it draws upon broader resources and technical expertise.
