Jack Sampson

Jack brings over 14 years of experience spanning corporate and personal insolvency, regulatory investigation, and practice management. He has managed a broad range of formal insolvency appointments and restructuring matters, guiding directors, creditors and key stakeholders through processes such as voluntary administration, liquidations, small business restructuring, and personal insolvency outcomes.

He also offers strong investigative and compliance capabilities, drawing on experience working with regulators, including ASIC and the Law Society of NSW. He is recognised for his calm, practical advice, clear stakeholder communication, and support for teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on complex files.

Jack is an avid sports viewer and spends his free time with his wife and kids, playing water polo and remembering the days when he had time to play video games.
