Email requests to deposit funds
Unfortunately, we live in a time when cyber fraud is becoming all too common. Worrells understands your time is valuable, but to help reduce fraud we ask that you do not act on any email appearing to be from us that provides bank account details to deposit money (by direct debit or BPAY) without first telephoning our office. This must be a telephone number known to you (not the one provided in that email) to confirm the bank account details with the person at Worrells who is handling the particular matter.
