On 31 July 2019, the director and shareholders of ADE Electrical Pty Ltd appointed Morgan Lane of Worrells Solvency & Forensic Accountants as liquidator.
The electrical service business had an eight-year trading history, operating from 33 Young Street, Barney Point in Gladstone Queensland, which serviced local businesses and industry.
The business employed approximately six staff and ceased trading at the date of liquidation.
The administration is in its infancy, and the Worrells Rockhampton team are assessing the company’s financial position and endeavouring to realise the company’s assets.
Michael Beck, partner in Worrells Rockhampton said, “We are seeing increasing pressures in the industry and the stresses felt by the director of ADE Electrical are not unique. Our team is working through the process to get the best outcome possible for customers and creditors”.
