Vincent has extensive experience across formal insolvency and restructuring appointments, including voluntary administrations, creditors voluntary liquidations, small business restructuring and receiverships, as well as trading and turnaround engagements. He is particularly experienced in matters involving multiple stakeholders, competing interests and time-sensitive decision making.

He has developed strong technical expertise in Members Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs) and complex engagements where a detailed understanding of financial and tax outcomes is critical to achieving optimal results. Outside of work, Vincent is a dedicated family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons, along with travelling and camping.
