Where are the top three in your state?

The latest official figures released by the Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) have revealed some very interesting demographic data on those who are affected by personal insolvency on a postcode basis. This is the third time that AFSA has released this data publicly.

The data demonstrates that the highest number of bankrupts when compared to population is Newcastle West (NSW) with 1 in 75 people being declared bankrupt with Ilfracombe in outback Qld in second place with 1 in 80 people and then Bumberrah and Johnsonville (VIC) bringing up third spot with 1 in 94 people.
