Expressions of interest are sought by the Administrators for the acquisition of the business and/or assets of Beechwood Homes (NSW) Pty Ltd & Ors (“the Companies”).
The Companies together operate “Beechwood Homes” which is an established residential building group with a recognised market presence, delivering detached housing projects across the metropolitan and growth corridor locations.
Key highlights include:
Established residential home builder with a recognised National brand
Experience in the delivery of project homes and detached dwellings across multiple residential estates
Live construction projects and work-in-progress (subject to status and consents)
Established supplier, subcontractor and consultant relationships
Opportunity to acquire business and/or selected assets, including 7 x display homes, brand, intellectual property, contracts, plant and equipment, and key personnel (subject to agreement)
Sale via asset sale, business sale or re-capatalisation via a Deed of Company Arrangement considered.
