On 28 June 2018 the owners of ‘Life with Bird Pty Ltd (Liquidator Appointed)’ and ‘LWB Enterprises Pty Ltd (Liquidator Appointed)’, trading as: “LIFEwithBIRD” resolved to appoint Matthew Kucianski of Worrells Solvency & Forensic Accountants as liquidator.
LIFEwithBIRD traded as a local fashion manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer and had been in operation for the past 16 years. Trading of all retail stores has now ceased.
The liquidator’s office will work with the those impacted by the liquidation. At this early stage of the liquidation, Worrells is unable to provide any comment on the extent of the liabilities or reason for the insolvency. Investigations into those matters are underway and creditors will be kept advised of any material findings.
