Hi, I’m Aaron Lucan. I’m an insolvency and restructuring expert servicing Sydney and Western NSW. I have been specialising in insolvency and restructuring since 2004 and my proven track record in managing complex financial problems has given me the skills and experience to help all stakeholders with any insolvency concern.

I have developed specialist expertise and interest in assisting financially distressed commercial entities, partnerships and SMEs as well as community organisations and associations such as non for profits, registered clubs and charities. In advising these entities, I not only help them survive, but enable them to continue achieving their social purpose, contributing to local communities in a meaningful way

As both a liquidator and bankruptcy trustee, I work with both individuals and companies in financial distress and aim to both reduce the stress for all parties involved and achieve the best possible outcome.

Outside of work you’ll often find me mountain biking or wake boarding or going on short family road trips.

• Statutory Trustee and Receiver of assets appointed by a Court.
